From Picasso to Warhol

As summer begins, we open the Summer Salon – an exhibition at the historic Café Louvre on Národní třída in Prague, showcasing a selection of works by leading artists of the 20th and 21st centuries. The exhibition is organized in collaboration with a renowned German gallery CP Arts.

The Salon is both a cultural event and a sales exhibition, all exhibited works are available for purchase. Café Louvre, which has welcomed figures like Franz Kafka, Albert Einstein, and Karel Čapek since its founding in 1902, offers a lively atmosphere where art can be experienced outside traditional gallery spaces.

The exhibition features works by Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, and Jeff Koons – artists who have shaped the direction of modern and contemporary art through formal reduction, social reflection, and the use of new media.

Every Thursday evening, the exhibition is complemented by a gastronomic pop-up, offering a distinctive culinary experience that adds a new dimension to engaging with art.

We look forward to welcoming you!
